How often do you clean your dryer vent?
This is the cleaning that involves hiring a professional or disconnecting the hose and using a long brush to clean.

As a general rule the vent should be cleaned out twice a year. If you incorporate the cleaning of the vent with getting ready for the winter and getting ready for the summer you will not neglect cleaning out the dryer vent and it will keep the dryer drying as efficiently as possible and also keep the utility bills to a minimum.
