Furnace Duct Cleaning
what is the procedure done when you get duct work on your furnace?
i noticed alot of dust balls in my cool air return today after i got the duct work done, i did not see him go room to room and clean the vents out? is he supose to? i only saw him clean the cool air returns out
IMHO the whole duct cleaning thing is a scam. I have seen plenty of very old duct work that hardly has any dust a few feet past the floor/wall vents.
If he only cleaned the return Air Ducts and you paid to have the whole thing cleaned call him and ask why he did not do the whole job. Ask him for a partial refund.
