I need your professional advice regarding an opening of a new business?

A friend of mine is thinking to get into the air duct cleaning business. (He was working for such company a long time ago)
Dose any body knows anything about that kind of business? (Maybe also carpet cleaning)
Do you have to have a license to do air duct cleaning? (In Texas)
My friend told me that it is only brushing and vacuuming of the ducts with the air duct cleaning machine. Nothing complicated

You need to be very aware of the regulations you must comply with in starting out, as not following them is the reason why most new small businesses fail.
